Faysal Bank has partnered with Azimut to bring self service cash deposits to its branches and customers in Pakistan.
Faysal Bank is a financial institution based in Karachi since 1994. Engaged in Commercial, Retail, Corporate, and Islamic banking activities, Faysal bank has a network of over 550 branches spanning over 200 cities.
With such a large network of branches, cash management can be tedious therefore automating cash handling workflows can save a lot of time, effort and money.
Additionally, self service kiosks can operate and be accessed 24/7 as opposed to a bank branch, just like ATMs. With a combination of ATMs and CDMs, a bank can automate the majority of their cash handling workflows i.e. withdrawals and deposits.
Faysal Bank has opted for 20 CQuick Kiosks in this initial stage of digital transformation with plans to deploy more self service machines in the future.
Azimut’s CQuick is a complete hardware and software solution that has the capability to accept bulk deposits and provide a whole slew of additional services such as mobile wallet top-ups, transfers, and bill payments as well.
