Nasfund Partners with Wavetec to Enable Digital Journeys for Members
Nasfund, the largest private superannuation fund in Papua New Guinea, chose Wavetec to help digitize its service centers. With an initial deployment at 5 service centers and 10 more to come in Q1 of 2023, Nasfund has opted for a hybrid enterprise queueing solution as well as WhatsApp queueing to give its members an omnichannel experience when they arrive at Nasfund service centers. This deployment will give Nasfund members a whole slew of options when it comes to interacting & queuing at service centers, including WhatsApp and web queuing channels.
